Team roles and review

JotKite has three roles, so staff can write without anything going live unchecked.

How review works

1. A Contributor writes a draft and clicks Submit for review.
2. The number of posts waiting for review shows in the sidebar.
3. An Editor or Admin does one of these:
   • approves and publishes it,
   • schedules it,
   • sends it back with a note explaining what to change.

Every submit, approval, change request and unpublish is logged with who, when and why, so "who published this?" always has an answer.

Add people under Users (Admins only).
