Posting from your phone
JotKite is built for posting from a phone, even on a weak connection.
Add it to your home screen
Open your blog's admin in your phone's browser and choose Add to Home Screen. JotKite then opens like an app, straight onto Write. There's nothing to download from an app store.
Stay signed in
On the sign-in page, tick Keep me signed in on this device. That device stays signed in for 180 days after its last visit.
- Lost a phone? Go to My account to see your signed-in devices and sign any of them out.
- Changing your password signs out every other device.
Only a secure fingerprint (hash) of the device's secret is stored, so a copied database can't be used to sign in.
Fast photo uploads
Photos are shrunk in your browser before they upload, so a 12 MB camera photo goes up as a few hundred KB. Portrait photos keep the right orientation.
Photo details (location, camera, date)
By default, JotKite keeps a photo's details: where and when it was taken, and the camera. For a local business, genuine photos taken at your shop, with their date and location, are honest content. They're a small signal, not a ranking trick.
If you take photos somewhere private, such as your home, go to Settings → General → Photos and choose Remove them when uploading. This applies to new uploads.
No title needed
Leave the title empty on a quick photo post. It's named automatically from the time it's published, like Post published on 28/09/2026 @ 10.50.
