Paste from anywhere
Write wherever you like, then paste. JotKite cleans up content from:
- Word: lists come through as real, nested lists.
- Google Docs: the whole post isn't made bold by accident.
- WordPress (Gutenberg): including "Copy all blocks". Embeds, image alignment and captions are kept.
- Notion, web pages and any Markdown editor, including ChatGPT, Gemini, CoPilot answers.
Headings, lists, bold and italic, links, tables, images and videos all survive.
Pasted images are copied into your blog, so a post never breaks when the original image disappears. For safety, JotKite only fetches public web addresses and checks every redirect.
Everything you paste is also cleaned again on the server before it's saved.

Links
Select text and press Ctrl+K (or use the link button). The link popup can search your own posts and pages, so you can link to them without copying URLs. Use Unlink to remove a link.
Images
- Use the Image button to upload, or choose any image you've already uploaded from the media library.
- Large photos are resized automatically.
- Images can wrap left or right, and take a size, a caption and alt text.
- Featured image: set one in the post details. Without one, the post uses its first image, then the blog's default share image.
Videos and HTML
Paste a YouTube or Vimeo link, or use the Video button, to embed a video. The </> button switches to the HTML view.
